unafraid's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- gotta love that new music... What a day. At school i was so tired and dead. Then i got home and went babysitting the best kids in the world. =) they're family friends and i've known their parents since before they were born. they knew me since i was 2. so maybe i was their practice? =) anyway, i love those kids to death. i would do anything for them. so then i got paid for that...very nice. and then i went into work and picked up my paycheck. more cash to spend. i decided i needed some new music so i went to CDX and got The Ataris and then to Wherehouse Music and got Relient K. The Ataris are very cool. they remind me a lot of The Juliana Theory (another very cool band)! and Relient K is just so cute. They are Christian punk-rock. they harmonize and have cute lyrics and everything. they cover the "Charles In Charge" theme song (old tv show i grew up on) and have one song that says "Marilyn Manson ate my girlfriend". it's soo cute. =) so i think i made some good choices. =) now i'm just at home for the night. i really shouldn't go out anymore because i'll just spend more money and that's not good at all. so i'll just stay home and stay up late. although, i have to go to work tomorrow between 4 and 5 until close. not too bad. i just need to sell a Replay card so that i can take home my two promo cd's: Oleander and Matthew Good Band. =) then sunday is the JV hockey team. can't wait for that! i'm really getting into hockey AND i get to see Cody and Ben. Ben is sooo yummy. ugh. and Cody is just so sweet and so nice to talk to. he's just a big goofball and i haven't talked to him in like a week! =( but sunday will be nice to see my boys again. well, i'm off to be bored online for another night. later. 10:46 p.m. - April 6, 2001 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
