unafraid's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- skyline drive... what an eventful day. i've learned that some people never grow up, curiosity killed the cat, and deep ellum is pretty much dead on monday nights. tonight there was a NI chat. it's still going on right now actually. i know i've said this before, and i'll say it again, but: the neve world is ****** up. while some fans are really nice and have become great friends, others still remain obnoxious and immature. i don't get it. guess i never will. john and tommy came in for a while. kevin played a bunch of neve demos. still wondering how this "new band" is going to function without mike and brian. i mean, i guess they'll get new members before they go on tour, but john mentioned something about just him and tommy doing photos and the tour. weird. like evan and jaron or something? who knows. i'm not very clued-in with all the new changes. i don't deal with change very well anyway. if it were up to me, Neve would stay Neve and no members would leave. but that's not happening. it's cool though. Neve can only get better now, right? hopefully they're turning more alternative now like john says. they need a little rock. =) i actually put in the neve album in my car the other day. haven't done that in a while. but everytime i do, it's just fun and it makes me smile as i sing loudly driving down the freeway. =) anyway, back to this neve chat...it's not quite like the good old days, but still fun to get some of the old neve fans in a chat room together. whether you dislike some of them or not. but i'm not going to get into that now....nope. i know neve fans read this. a few. anyway, i think i should head to bed now. enough of this insomniac nonsense. =) i have to work today for 7 hours straight. i definately need sleep for that. more later. night kiddos. 5:37 a.m. - June 26, 2001 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
